Manor Chase: Garden Escape

Manor Chase: Garden Escape is a single-player iOS game.

Manor Chase: Garden Escape does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information. The app does not require account sign-in.

The app does not use third-party advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal information is collected by the app, there is no personal information to request, modify, or delete.

If a user contacts support by email, any information they choose to provide is used only to respond to the support request.

Zobo Scout

Zobo Scout is an educational camera assistant that helps users explore scenes, read pages, solve problems, take photos, and ask questions about what they choose to show the app.

This policy explains what information Zobo Scout uses, how it is used, and how it is handled.

Information Zobo Scout Uses

Zobo Scout may use the following information only when the user chooses to use the related feature:

TrueDepth / Face Data

Zobo Scout may use Apple's TrueDepth camera through ARKit when the user enables selfie/front-camera mode. TrueDepth information is used only on device to support the live camera/AR experience.

Zobo Scout does not collect, store, upload, share, sell, or use TrueDepth face data, face geometry, facial landmarks, facial expressions, biometric identifiers, or face depth maps.

TrueDepth data is temporary and is discarded when the camera session ends.

If a user chooses a cloud AI feature, Zobo Scout may send a user-selected camera image or captured photo to an AI provider to answer the user's request. This image may contain people if the user chooses to capture or analyze such an image, but it does not include TrueDepth face geometry or biometric face data.

How Information Is Used

Zobo Scout uses information to provide the app's requested features, including:

On-Device Processing

Zobo Scout includes on-device AI features. When on-device mode is used, image understanding and summaries are processed locally on the device and are not sent to cloud AI services for that feature.

Cloud AI Processing

When the user chooses a cloud AI feature and gives permission, Zobo Scout may send the selected image, video frames, drawing, page photo, typed question, spoken question transcript, and recent conversation context to Zobo Scout's backend and to OpenAI to generate an answer. Google Cloud Translation may be used to translate text when the user chooses another language. Cloud processing is used only to respond to the user's request.

Zobo Scout does not sell this information. Zobo Scout does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Photo History and Saved Content

Zobo Scout may keep a local history of recent photos, descriptions, tags, user corrections, notes, and summaries so the user can review or re-explore them later. This history is stored on the user's device. Users can delete Zobo history entries from inside the app.

When the user saves photos, drawings, or solution pages, those items are stored in the user's photo library according to the user's device settings.

Sharing With Third Parties

Zobo Scout does not sell personal information. Zobo Scout may share user-selected content with OpenAI for AI responses and with Google Cloud Translation for translation only when needed to perform the feature requested by the user and only after the user allows cloud AI sharing. These providers are required to protect the data under their applicable service terms and security commitments. TrueDepth face data is not shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy

Zobo Scout is designed for educational and family-friendly use. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising or tracking. Parents or guardians should supervise children's use of camera, microphone, photo, and cloud AI features.

Data Retention

Local Zobo history remains on the device until the user deletes it or removes the app. Cloud AI requests are handled according to the cloud provider's applicable service terms and retention policies. TrueDepth face data is not retained by Zobo Scout.
